2. Don't be a bully. Nobody likes bullies.

3. Keep the questions serious and the answers hilarious. We will feature each day's funniest person (as determined by our panel of judges) on Hilarity's home page. Boring people will be punished.

4. Feel free to award points for hilarious answers and dock points for the not-so-funny. Be sure to keep track of your own points as you win/lose them. The points mean absolutely nothing.
